On getting to the Commission’s office, Mr. Galadima said he was informed of his client’s mental illness and plans to take him to the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital in Yaba.

“I said he’s not mad, that it’s because you people are holding his money that’s why he’s reacting this way. They insisted the guy is mad, that they have to take him to a psychiatric hospital, they bundled this man. I said ok, if that’s how to prove that he’s not mad, no problem, we went to the psychiatric hospital in Yaba.

“They injected him and said they have to monitor him for a month. They monitored him for a month. The day they were going to release him, the EFCC called me again to come and carry my “critical asset.” This was a boy I never knew from Adam….. I said ok, I went to the EFCC the guy said he’s ok there’s no problem anymore, they handed him over to me three weeks ago. Ever since then, I pay money into his account on a weekly basis for his upkeep.”

They actually took that guy to psychiatric hospital! This is unbelievable! Is this how to treat a national hero? And those whose information about whistle blowing turned out to be wrong or false are sent to prison. This is sad.

Trash, diversionary. We all know who stashed it. APC is in power, they don't need to stash money ahead of 2019.

it should've been safer to blackmail the owner of the money and get lost with proceed than to whistle blow for government

Why is it that everyone in government (any government, apc, pdp, mmm...) is a compulsive liar? How can one ever believe the Magu guy again, if he could create such an elaborate lie. Lucky for us, he bet wrongly in thinking that no one would dare challenge his brazen lies. Kudos to Barrister Yakubu Galadima for outing this prick.
Is it why you quoted the whole write up? Eeediot.

It is high time Whistle Blower set their eyes on Ex-Delta state governor, Dr. Emmanuel Ewetan Uduaghan.

He has enjoyed PDP PROTECTION for far too long since exiting public office as governor.

If this story is true, the lawyer has effectively blown his cover...
He has narrowed down the search button, the blower has to relocate from the country if he has really been paid if not, he did not choose a wise lawyer, for Christ sake he could have countered EFCC anonymously without putting his name ...

Yes Ooooh! With the way security operatives work in Nigeria, maybe he was held as a suspect and tortured there based on "order from above".. angry

If this is true, then we can also confidently say that even the whistleblower Aunty Kemi Adeosun said was paid is also locked in one mental institution somewhere........ undecided

How come about the government cannot disclose the owner of the apartment, plus court issuing order of forfeiture of an apartment in a building own by somebody? Sound so funny that the money it's self is nobody's money, why is EFCC turning to political party, it ought to be a non partisan outfit. Thank God for this lawyer for speaking up, more is expected from well meaning people this government is something else.
