Governor Nyesom Wike, today, alleged that minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi tried to assassinate him in the state.

The governor's spokesman, Simeon Nwakaudu, said the attack was carried out by operatives of the special anti-robbery squad (SARS) and soldiers of the Nigerian army attached to minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi.

This led to Wike claiming that Amaechi wanted to get him killed.

A video has now emerged of the melee between security operatives of the two bigwigs, a scene which lasted for about 30 minutes.
