Please someone in the house should assist me. My phone storage is showing 16gb but total internal storage card based on disk usage analysis is showing 2.01gb. Please what could have gone wrong? |

it could be virus,plug it in a PC n check, if it's still showing 2gb,then you need to format pone 1 Like |

Save all your files on a PC (or cloud) and do a factory reset. If there are any malicious apps on your phone, they will be deleted when reseting. 1 Like |
