Following the announcement of the 12 finalists of the Kwese Inc. Gogettaz competition by Mr. Strive Masiyiwa, there have been speculation on who the two winners will be.

Shola Peter is the youngest of all the 12 finalist but it's not really about her age, it's about her business venture. She developed an innovation that painlessly and automatically test for blood glucose levels for diabetic patients. Personally, what I admire most is her business model:

1. Her innovation will take away the pains of pricking the patient with needles
2. The patient will no longer need to go through the tedious process of running blood glucose test
3. The device saves result history as far as the last one year
4. It sends sound alerts to warn of potential risk
5. It has an app for mobile device which is synchronized with the device, which gives smarter results overview on charts and offer recommendations.

I think a lot of people are already interested in her innovation and that could explain why she is doing well with the votes.
