Former Govt of Cross River State Imoke implicated in a mutilated certificate scandal to one Mr Patrick Offiong Bassey. Rumour holds that this Mr Patrick had confirmed that the special advicer to the governor on chieftaincy affairs did the mutilation. But we know government cannot issue a mutilated certificate. Maybe Governor Ben Ayade will have to look into this before it gets out of hand.
