Lenovo on Wednesday launched the Tab 7 in India with a price tag of Rs. 9,999. The new Android tablet is exclusively available on Flipkart and comes with Dolby Atmos surround sound technology and a front-facing speaker

The Lenovo Tab 7 is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor and it comes with 2GB of RAM with Mali-T720 GPU. The tablet packs 1.6GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Lenovo Tab 7 packs a 5-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 2-megapixel front shooter for selfies.


The Lenovo Tab 7 runs Android 7.0 and is powered by a 3500mAh non-removable battery that is claimed to deliver up to 10 hours of playback time on a single charge. It measures 0.00 x 0.00 x 8.40 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 260.00 grams.

The Lenovo Tab 7 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) tablet that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, 3G, and 4G. Sensors on the phone include a Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, and Ambient light sensor.


Customers buying the Lenovo Tab 7 from Flipkart can opt for a discount of five percent by placing their orders using an Axis Bank Buzz credit card. The tablet is also available with no-cost EMIs that starts from Rs. 1,111 a month.
