Hi everyone, kindly help me fill out an online research questionnaire via the link below. The study seeks to understand the reasons for preference for Over-The-Top Services (that is, WhatsApp, Skype, Viber, Wechat, Facebook Messenger etc) as against the traditional telecom operator services among smart phone users in Nigeria.

The study is being carried out at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna for academic propose.Thank you!
