Congratulations OP. Pls take good care of the puppies, so you don't lose any..... And YES, it is possible that all 15 survive, all it takes is your meticulous attention, effort and attention.
Feed the dam well so she can produce much milk (though it won't be enough for all 15 puppies). Get supplements too tat you use in augmenting the breast milk.
