The speed is OK for the average user. If you want to download very large files, then it will be slow. I suggest you come and try it out.

Yes you can.
We are open from 9am to 9pm except Thursdays and Saturdays 10am to 9pm.
Our usage plans are: N100 for 2hours and N200 for 6hours all valid for 24hours.

That is a whole lot. It is possible but it will take days. You will have to come along with your laptop and install a torrent application so you can always continue your download from where you stopped.
