A young entrepreneur seeks the services of a personal assistant.

Responsibilities
1. Handles and manages my scheduling, programs, appointments and meetings
2. Represents me in specific scenarios, meetings or appointments where and as required
3. Carries out day to day operations of assigned space
4. Ensures prompt correspondence and follow up on meets, leads and contacts
5. Gathers relevant news, data and useful resources to the firm and myself to enhance productivity
6. Creates, edits and posts content to social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, instagram and LinkedIn)
7. Manages personal social media pages

Requirements

1. B.Sc or HND holder
2. 1 year experience in digital/ social media marketing and management (Pre graduation/IT experience accepted)
3. Strong work ethics with little or no supervision
4. Adept attention for details
5. Excellent writing, editing and processing skills
6. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
7. Great presentation skills
8. A self starter with a deep growth mindset
9. Graphics and media creation skills a plus
10. Experience with SEO and google AdWords a plus
11. CSS, HTML and Wordpress a plus
12. Time conscious (Swiss watch)
13. Availability to travel and flexibility with work schedule
14. Should not be more than 24 years as at Dec 31st 2017
