hi, everyone in the house, I want you all to answer this for me, why do some landlords refuse a tenant from paying half rent after the expiration of the first year rent. .considering the harsh economic situation in the country, most tenants now pay rents in bits or half but most landlords of refuse it. .some however still collect half but majority do refuse, insisting on the full rent, pls what do you think of this? |
