happy Sunday my fellow nairalanders, I open this thread so that you can make your inputs. .considering how frost and bad the landlord-tenant relationship has gone over the years here in nigeria, would you still prefer to rent an apartment where the landlord also resides or you prefers just tenants only..... thanks |
