there might be a sore you are not seeing around your tip which is contributing to the painful urination. i'll suggest you get a bactroban cream/ointment and aply twice daily coupled with one tablet of augmentin 625mg twice daily for seven days. You might need some pain relievers too... preferably tablet diclofenac 50mg daily after eating(to avoid stomach ulcer). pls take alot of water and eat fruits and vegetables. I'll suggest ur partner gets treated also.

Most likely what you have is a case of gonorrhea. Visit a good govt hospital near you to get treatment asap.

U should go to see a doctor, that lab will claim staphyloccocus, because they don't have d media for Chlamydia or gonorrhea, and will under treat u and leave u with a residual infection. It's only in Naija these rubbish happens.

What you have is gonorrhea. If you started having difficulty urinating after 3 days, that's definitely gonorrhea. Go to any ''chemist' and explain to them and they'll give you an antibiotics for the cure.
