The Nigerian city of Lagos is one of the world's fastest growing, but it is also considered one of the five worst places on earth to live. Officials say they are doing all they can, but getting around the city is a problem as its infrastructure is at a breaking point. Meanwhile, Abuja, which was made Nigeria's capital in 1976, appears to lack those problems.
