A picture circulating online showing Kaduna state governor's name, Mallam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai's name being rearranged to FAILURE. One of the viewer of the picture predicted that the picture must have been from one of Kaduna state teacher, after he sacked them due to test failure last month.
