AM IN WORKING IN ROYAL SHOPPING PLAZA,CHARITY BUS STOP HERE, CAN I SEE YOU, i need a miniflat, my budjet for miniflat is less 100,000 per year,WHICH AREA CAN I GET THE RENT RATE? PLS ADVISE

and room n palour budjet will be maximum 7,000 per month, WHICH AREA IS GOOD

since you are working in oshodi,i suggest you look for a house within that oshodi area or around Ajao estate.

but with that your budget you can get a self contain in Oshodi or two rooms apartment

Atleast work within your budget for now,

the only letting i have now is in Ajao estate and its a bit high but its luxury,

A mini flat appartment for 250,000 for 2yrs in Ajao estate.

so i suggest you look for a house within Oshodi,Isolo,Mafoluku area.
