What Nigerians need to do is become militarily strong once again! Since the fall of Ghaddafi, Libya has become an unstable region and a place not good for "Non-Arab Libyans" meaning that whether you are black from Libya or a black from another country not far from Libya (Niger or Nigeria) they will be hostile towards you.
