Nwankwo Kanu yesterday declined comments on a newspaper accusation of being involved in a plan to break British Immigration law by arranging a fake marriage for his cousin. The Western Europe correspondent of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that when he contacted Kanu on phone and asked for his comments, the footballer said "okay" and switched off his mobile phone immediately. http://allafrica.com/stories/200105030058.html |
