@ crowntoro. Someone that went to Ibadan south west (@ Town Planning Ring road ) today told me they have started as well, though the person couldn't see his name on the list, so they were told to write down there names.

When u check www.npower.gov.ng,then you select npower preselection,you will be asked to insert your bvn,then you read carefully
Nothing like LG in the information that popped up after inserting BVN

Guys, if your chosen LG is Ibadan south West LG, please find your way to Town planning at Mobil area to have your verification done, they have started since Monday and it's going to close on Friday
