Blessedchild12: The answer to your concern lies in whether or not you evaluated your LL.B. If you did, that would be sufficient to claim the Masters/Professional degree. As a matter of fact, a number of lawyers (present company included) did not evaluate the B.L from law school. So if your LL.B was evaluated, you are still good to claim the Masters/Professional degree. B.L is a 'jara' that is not necessary for Express Entry. All the best. |

Good morning guys. Thanks for all the good work on here. Please I'm in a dilemma. I have a little baby and I have done traditional wedding but not court. My score as a married woman is 423, but if I apply as a single pringu, my score will be 475. Can I enter the pool with this score, get ita, submit my application and do court wedding at ikoyi then add my husband to the application afterwards. Will this work? Will having a baby affect this in any way? Please note that my baby bears my husbands name. |

Yes you can. Just ensure to activate it for online payment purposes with your bankers in advance so that it doesn't disappoint you when you need it to make the payment. It will surely end in praise IJN! |

Yes you can if the total of your application fees is not higher than the monthly limit set by your bank. |

Good Morning everyone, I would like to congratulate all ITA and PPR recipients, I am a newbie on the thread and I believe that I am going to be a recipient of the above soon, Please I need assistance as regards my NOCs, I worked with a Pension Fund Administrator for 2.5 years as a Customer Relationship manager( NOC 1133 helep mi confirm). Generate and present monthly fund report to the departmental stakeholders and management executive. Ensure prompt on-field resolution of customer complaints with the aid of dedicated software or liaising with the operations department in-house. Ensure at least a customer complaint resolution forum in every account managed once every quarter and to enlighten them on any new update in the industry. To ensure that customers subscribe to the Additional voluntary Contribution Platform by providing Comprehensive Financial Simulations that would aid proper understanding of the product. To ensure that customers are trained comprehensively on the EPCCOS(Electronic Pensions Contributions Collection System) Platform and standard UAT is achieved with these customers after their training to ensure that they can run confidently before they commence the use of the application software on their own . 7stargeneralady: I believe you can do this since there is no legal record of you ever being married as traditional wedding isn’t documented. I don’t think having a baby should matter. The important thing is to clearly show evidence that the wedding took place post AOR. Note though that you will have to show POF for 3 people once your husband is added. He also has to do medicals and I believe PCC. So ensure you’re ready. |

gorgebaby: This may not be entirely true o. You cannot, i repeat...YOU CANNOT... claim Masters/Professional degree if it wasn't accessed as such. to my knowledge only IQAS evaluates LLB as a masters so if wes says its diploma and that's what you attached kindly edit your profile to indicate that its a diploma. Lawyers that evaluated their LLB and claimed masters did so with IQAS since it is evaluated as a Professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession, please don't risk rejection and waste 550CAD. The other alternative is to initiate review with IQAS to get the max points but that will take a while before its completed (12weeks. if the reduction does not reduce your score to a score lesser than the ITA issued, kindly amend it. IF its below the lowest score for the issued ITA you may have to reject the ITA and enter the pool. PS. Gracelevel This is not legal advise neither is it intended to be relied upon. Kindly make your decisions based on the uniqueness of your application and do well to check the instructions on CIC website. 2 Likes |

hi, i dont think you will have a problem with this plan from what i have read from this thread, the only issue i see here is when you add your child. cos i remember someone was refused here because she added a child and also the post ITA marriage certificate. the refusal was because from the date of the certificate, the only dependent should have been the spouse, meaning she lied pre ITA about her dependents. 7stargeneralady: |
