Iranian social media sensation Sabar Tabar 22 who had had more than 50 surgeries to look like Prad Pitt's estranged wife Angelina Jolie is in danger as doctors are saying the procedure could cost Tabar her life. She has reportedly lost 80 pounds to achieve her skeletal look.

Thousands were shocked by her appearance and within 24 hours her Instagram account went viral and increase from 270,000 to 553,000 followers.

According to a doctor the nose is distorted from having too many surgeries. She wears bright blue eye contact. Apart from the nose job which doctor suggested may have silicon implant to give tip and bridge support she also altered her lip but the lip looked over filled with a filler.
