Hi, I reside in Amuwo Odofin (raji rasaki estate) and i intend moving to the island preferably within the lekki/Ajah axis.A two bedroom would do fine for me but if a 3 bedroom is what's available, i don't mind.I need somewhere very spacious and better yet, somewhere "upstairs". Thanks. |

I have various 3 bedrooms here in Ajah. One is in Shangotedo and it is going for 400k per annum and is a brand new house, well finished and spacious. Its upstairs (Landord can accept 1 years rent). The second one is inside thomas estate along ado road and it is also very well finished and spacious also upstairs and is going for 700k per annum. There are also others.
