Port Harcourt based singer, Duncan Mighty, has spoken concerning a woman said to be his sister, who was allegedly caught stealing last week.

A Facebook user, named Ofon Le’cheery Francis, last week, shared the photos and wrote, “A woman alleged to be the sister of Duncan mighty the popular musician was caught today in our shop. She stole several goods from the mall.

“She confirmed she is Duncan Mighty’s eldest sister.”

The news went viral on social media as fans wondered why a sister to the successful musician should be caught shoplifting.

But reacting to the viral news, the self-acclaimed Port Harcourt First Son, admitted being a brother to the woman, but claimed she has been going through a mental condition for over a year now.

The popular singer, in a post on his Instagram page, also said his sister was receiving care for her mental illness but ran away a week before the theft allegation made blog headlines.

Wene Badu wrote, “You cannot tarnish my image because God has blessed me before the existence of Instagram.

“This is a woman whom her shops and investments are closed down because she developed mental illness since last year and has been taken to rehabilitation home since then until she ran out over a week until the incident occurred last Saturday.

“Her 15-year-old son is under my scholarship and in the same Chinda family I’ve sponsored several youths in marine who are doing well in various Riggs fields today.

“She will get well someday because you are not God.”

Any mumu who adds a word such is "mighty" to his name is just a fool who has nothing serious to offer. Even if that IS part of his name, he should not use it as such because that just makes it sound foolish.
