It is good to see that you are even more active now that you are back.

Our Navy doesn't get enough attention and it is good that you are doing your part to increase the visibility of the Navy.

While there were delays during the procurement of the Unity, it is good that we now have it as part of the fleet. It would have been better if we could build it ourselves, but we must start from somewhere.

I only hope that going forward more emphasis is placed on technology transfer during procurement negotiations.

I don't know that. I thought that they were built by the Chinese and just given to us totally completed. The fact that they were made here makes this a huge development.

Thank you for letting me know this. Our engineers should be proud.
