Good Morning Everyone, While surfing the Net this morning, i saw different Chinese Projects in Nigeria Being Funded by the Chinese. I was Wondering why Nigeria, a Country with $38.2b foreign reserve will still need to borrow $5.8b for Mambilla Power Project, $1.4b for Lagos-Ibadan Railway, Even the Eko Atlantic Project, $5b Ajaokuta E.T.C.
Oyo State Just Signed a $5b Trade Zone Deal With The Chinese.

Just Google "Top Chinese Projects In Nigeria" and you will lots of them.

Nigeria should borrow or use their foreign reserve. Take a look at U.S.A, They Have the Biggest debt in the world and their country is still developed.
