I have plans to start a magazine but taking into consideration the current and projected trend.I have decided to branch out and focus the magazine online but I and lost as where and how to go about setting up a simple but nice looking website that will still look like http://www.sunnewsonline.com and that of any other magazine website.

I am financially constrained and so won't afford to hire a Pro. developer but will prefer doing myself.Your candid and experienced assistance will be appreciated here
