Oga this is Myopic!

Obviously you are one of his" foot soldiers" and have been doing a good job of it.

Hungary has enough to spare before building statue, but IMO state can't even pay workers salaries?

Hungary is an independent country , honoring it own ...Imo is just a dependent state within Nigeria Building statue with meagre resources for foreigners who have contributed absolutely nothing to the development of IMO ?

How does that corrollect?

I asked you a question the other Time you couldn't answer...

"How are we sure the Next governor after OKOROCHA , would not demolish the entire statue"?

You are the one being myopic here. Imo State is not owing it's workers and the cost of the statues is too minimal to make any impact in offsetting debts but rather is an investment for present and future profits to citizens of the State. The same way Heroes Square Budapest is a big tourist attraction today so will Heroes Square in Owerri be. The pan-Africanism of the Square further expands the scope beyond Imo and Nigeria to a Square for all people of colour. Visit the place first and if you do travel to Europe you will be proud of this replica we have in Africa.

That guy is a cursed old man that hates the truth. You nailed it. cheesy

gypsey:
my friend! it's not the same thing! and infact it isn't every statue in Europe were the masses idea, some of the statues In europe were imposed on the masses, besides there are more important structures to be concentrated on in IMO state like, Good roads, electricity and pipe borne clean water, free hospitals and Educations, which in most countries in Europe don't lack.

In europe the roads are paved, you can Actually drive around on a nicely tarred roads, then it would not be a problem erecting statues on the streets of europes to fit their clean and nicely swept streets unlike in Imo state. So again there are no comparism with Imo state and Europe.

Very funny... Okorocha went to BUDAPEST and saw 1.constant electricity,

2.Quality road network (not his roads that are washing off by floods)

3.Modern advanced education system

4.Infotech powered society

5.Mechanized Farming

6.Top notch transport system

7.Affordable housing...

He didn't notice anyone of the above ,the only thing that attracted his attention was "useless statue"

Sam Mbakwe never built one statue but that man transformed old IMO STATE that decades after his is people still talking about his legacies but OKOROCHA'S LEGACY Is erection of statue?

Have you been to his State? He is actually doing more than what you listed. Mbakwe is insignificant compared with Imo State of today. You can confirm when you visit Owerri, Aba and Umuahia then compare. Owerri is the fastest developing city in Nigeria now outside Lagos and Abuja.
