Qulaifications:

• Use OOP and design thinking to create reusable, scalable code
• Deep experience with agile software development life cycle using scrum/lean methodologies, source control (e.g. Github), continuous builds and continuous integration systems
• Good experience of hands-on development of scalable consumer-facing/internal services
• HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Node.JS, AngularJS, ReactJS
• Python and/or Java and/or Golang


Work Location: Lagos Mainland. This is an on-site job. No remote work

Salary: N120,000 - N300,000 per month depending on your level of expertise.

I dont know what ur experience is,but hard core programmers, the rockstars or those on that road,
are fired up the beauty of the logic/algorithm and not the beauty of data presentation and fonts!!
Kai! it can put some to tears doing that! If you have a say in the hiring policy, separate the functions.

Front end rockstars: javascript,css,photoshop,react etc /some python go here.
if you have more money,separate the front ends into two sets:
design gurus- beauty aspects: css,photoshop, etc no logic. These people are just artistes
developers - front end developers.
code whizzes: code ninjas! pure coders.
database wizards.

Why am i writing all these, cuz, you want to build a great company. So get the best hands you can get.
Then the product will be great. Dont skimp here. And dont overload the employees.
Except your budget is tight but look into a more long term view robust hiring policy.

Rerax bros, not every developer works in Paystack, Banks, Aws or Microsoft. In Nigeria, a company's Lead Engineer's salary is another company's intermediate level developer's salary. Some companies have DevOps , Database Teams etc. While in others, a team of few developers do DevOps, database tasks, software engineering, network, support and product design.

Allow those that fancy the opportunity to apply.
