i just bought a blackberry bold 5 and is not browsing. i have down the manuel api setup yet is not browsing. when i click on go it popup some like. the service plan is included n that i should contact my service provider. i have called mtn and the sent me API setup which i did yet it keeps saying on the browser "service plan not included". now my question is what should and will it ever browse. please help |

@ OP what network do you use. MTN has stopped BIS services and some U.S used bold 5 phones may not work with etisalat |
