This is really sad! It shows that he's not safe within the family circle. If those who want to eliminate him are still in the village, the prison appears to be a safer place. If he's still a minor, (juvenile as stated in the report) why not put him in a remand home for reorientation and his safety? With this type of background, if he's left alone, he'll quickly go back to crime if he doesn't get killed. I feel pained that the judge did not consider his submission deeply enough. His life is clearly at risk because of the desperate land grabbers who he's being sent back to.   |
