Airtel Customer Care by Mickyyaya: 7:33am On Dec 16, 2017 |
Pls I have been trying to talk to someone in Airtel customer care and their automated machine has so far attended to me...pls I need speak with some one there. Do they have a time frame like 9-5 or something |
Re: Airtel Customer Care by missyojo(f): 7:38am On Dec 16, 2017 |
No, they don't have a time frame . customer care representative in telecommunications company operates 24 hrs every day. I would suggest you call them very early in the morning around 6-7 by then they will attend to you on time because that's what works for me. You calling them during the day time is good too but you have to wait for like 4-5minutes before you can be attended to because of the numbers of calls waiting. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Mickyyaya: Hi |
Re: Airtel Customer Care by tasceige(m): 8:36am On Jan 04, 2018 |
CreativeDhik9: Yes you can, should you be eligible to activate the 2G plan. If you activated 2G pack with any of the data bundles, when ever you're on 2G/EDGE network mode the 2G bundle takes priority while if you are on 3G network mode the other bundle takes priority. |

tasceige: Hello, My wife loaded 9.5G worth N4000 and it was consumed in 48 hours. Note she hardly even uses Internet. Please what is the problem. Can't even reach your agents via calls or social media. |
Re: Airtel Customer Care by tasceige(m): 5:25pm On Jan 04, 2018 |
obyno1010: Apologies please, The bundle gives you 9.5GB, That is 7.5GB + 2GB Night. however once the night plan has been exhausted, the day plan takes over, hence, internet activities which involve streaming live videos, watching videos, downloading or sharing data via Hotspot with other devices will be billed from this bundle. You can as well confirm you data usage on your phone via Android: Settings-Data usage-select the network-select drop down under the date from and to-change cycle. You can select the date the data was activated till date. However, should you not be satisfied kindly DM the affected line. |

For the past 2 months for both my fidelity and access bank account It says that I have insufficient airtime for the transaction. But I always have airtime at least N100. I reported to both banks they said it is from airtel. My airtel no is zero80two8 three two 4 seven zero 9. Thanks relying on your assistance |

Re: Airtel Customer Care by tasceige(m): 10:35pm On Jan 05, 2018 |
verocharles: Hi good evening. Please dial *121# Select option 2 Then select 5 to check your tariff plan, Possibly its value plan (plus). If it is, I will kindly suggest you migrate to other package by browse through the *121# and select your preferred package. Reason you experience such error is because youre on a special package where your recharges goes to special account for your benefit. 1 Like 1 Share |

Re: Airtel Customer Care by tasceige(m): 1:15pm On Jan 06, 2018 |
verocharles: Yes please The network now charge on every financial Ussd Code. Since your package is having a separate account, your transaction while using the code won't be successful. I advice you migrate to other package |

tasceige: Thanks I appreciate. I recharged after exhausting the credit from the former tariff It is now going both access and fidelity bank transaction. Thanks once more. I observed an abnormal credit deduction after buying N2000 glo airtime from access bank. N40 was deducted from my airtime for the transaction. I think it is too much. |

Re: Airtel Customer Care by sofdoc(m): 6:32pm On Jan 16, 2018 |
tasceige:Hello, good evening. I would like to stop some deductions on my account. I don't subscribe for your value added services but I believe you have automatically placed me on one again. I have experienced these deductions in a sequential order in the past and I would be told I was subscribed for one Africa something something. I would be temporarily taken off the plan before you activate it again. Now I don't know how your customer care line works anymore as I can't seem to reach an agent. Reading from the post, I tried the *902# but it didn't work as I was informed I wasn't subscribed to the package. Can you please let me know the plan I have been subscribed to that leads to these deductions and unsubscribe me with immediate effect? Thank you. |

Since I started using mobile network, non has frustrated me like airtel, to reach direct call center agent dat one na crime, to fit use any of their ussd code solve issue dat one na one chance. I still dont understand why a tele com company will make it difficult for their customers to reach dem. I smell sumtin fishy. Dats the reason someone sued their ass. Na wah nfin works down dis shithole. 5 Likes 1 Share |
