This service of replacing the glass is a total waste of time and money and also a damage to the phones. He even acts like he is doing you a favour. This is after he broke my screen and changed it to another colour. and it later stopped working. The other one is flickering and gum is everywhere.

If u check this thread, Ull see that u r d only one that has complained so far about the service, and since ur items are two, I really understand how u feel, but just bear in mind that no one is perfect.
By d way it's like a month since d device was fixed, many things could have happened to d phone, maybe it fell from ur hand or something, d truth Is , if this was taken to court, u won't win d case, tho this is not about winning.

Mayorall, I'm not telling u Wat to do, but if I were in ur shoes, I'll help the complainant fix his current device free of charge since he did two n they both had issues, then try to do this one with more efficiency, if not for any reason, I'll do it cos I feel for d guy.

Hi, Durosure, we've called you several times for pick up. You promised to come last Friday to pick up your replacement but we didn't see you. As we promised our customers , we replace screen if it got broken from us. Good we are keeping this promise..

This is the reason I won't be buying Samsung products again, glass protector seems to be a failure. and cracks at every drop. I'm hoping back to iPhone.
