it depends on the ip u use. . . . i think the one u use has a 20mb limit cos myn also has so look 4 another ip

Also, I tried using d wlan to connect to a close-by usb modem, it's indicating "incompatlble device". I tried dis using my friends Herm300 Windows phone, it recognises d wlan ntwk and opted for connectn to it, allowing it to do dis, it connected once & browsing ensued: meaning only 1 mtn usb modem is used to browse on laptop and at d same time on dis windows phone. Can't N97 use dis wlan? Is there anything I need 2 set right inside? Pls help ooooooo

Also, what music/video player is so ideal? I've tried PowerMovie but got surprised dat dis can't play avi & 3gp formats. So disappointed. I also tried TTpod it plays music but shows arabic-like menu: thus I cant effect anything on d setting.

i heard that n97 can be used to watch dstv just like n96 but will have to connect to an external device. pls if anyone knows how it works pls tell us and where can we get the external device

Yeah, that is true & u can play it out to ur TV cos N97 has TV-out connectivity thru d same port used as head phone connectn point,
1. U can watch dstv stations if u hav d softwre installed. Cant remember d site name again where I got one downloaded. Will reach u if I grab it again. U can also try do a little ''googling''
2. U can watch thru additional device (Check out for d name on dis forum, much has bn said abt it). The last time I priced it @ SLOT, computer village was N14k brand new. D price b4 now used 2 b higher. I think gurus can contribute 2 fully help u out.

I installed smartmovie on my n97 but when i used it to play movie is playin right but when i used to like 10 movie the application is not workin again....anybody which can help me should explain pls
