If we take Nigeria as a case study, one definitely observes that we now suffer from a plethora of procrastinated issues i.e. PHCN, NNPC, NPF, WATER and ELECTORAL REFORM.

What procrastination steals is our time and time they say is money. Don’t expect anybody to apprehend procrastination for you. This is one thief you must deal with yourself. Delay might just be deadly.
