Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has written to the representative of the European Union in Nigeria following the prolonged detention and alleged denial of medical attention for Benjamin Madubugwu ― one of the comrades of Nnamdi Kanu.

In the letter dated December 12th, the solicitors of Madubugwu urged the EU representative and others copied in the letter for their urgent intervention as they fear their client may die before his trial.

The letter reads:

These IPOB guys are clowns. I don't know what give them the impression that European Union give a damn about them. EU didn't care about Catalonian in Spain. Is it IPOB they will now care about? They are wasting their time and resources.

Ben Madubugwu. They just raided the house of this staunch Biafran supporter two years ago, found two rifles and charged him to court for wanting to levy war on Nigeria
