No worries Bro, keep calm and tour transaction will be confirmed. The delay was caused because you paid low transaction fee for the transfer. It happened to me 2 weeks ago and it took almost a week before it got confirmed.

There are tricks you can use to accelerate your transaction but I don't advise that way because you are dealing with crypto currencies here.

Just be calm

With blockchain, you should be able to check for yourself if the transaction has been confirmed or not

Double spend it or use RBF (Replace by Fee, that is if your wallet support it.

but there is every possibility it will drop out of mempool, then you can resend it with a higher fee

u can speed such transaction using viabtc

or use samurai wallet tool(bitcoin afterburner) to speed it up

advice

anytime u notice filled mempool. do the btc-eth swap. sell btc at ur exchange for eth. transfer such eth to remitano(eth account) and sell. eth scalability is far higher than btc
