OreMI22: corruption is what is holding down progress all around in Nigeria..............open gutters are breeding grounds for malaria parasites and other illnesses.............our so-called gutters are so badly designed it beggars belief! this is 2024 for Pete's sake....................there are hydravac pump trucks that can break silt and debris build up either in the concrete pipes or water collectors( which act as bottle traps preventing silt build up within the pipes...............I see hydra vac trucks evacuating debris built up within the water collectors in US sub divisions all the time, we can acquire used ones.............. we simply do not want to mentally challenge ourselves to do better! |
