Obiano came and gave Anambra massive capital projects which could not have been done by any other Governor. Without arresting collaborators and saboteurs, nothing is going to change. Those criminals will observe curfew with the normal citizens at night if/when military presence is too much at night and they will systematically attack them where/when they're weak.
