Case is still in court. Nigeria justice system is generally slow. Buhari by virtue of Nigeria constitution cannot interfere with the Judiciary and court processes.

The money was used to buy the bullets that were used to shoot Ipob yoots. The remainder was used to settle Kanu to look the other way.
