Our client, one of Nigeria's top financial institutions is recruiting for the Head of Sales who will be Head of Physical Branches, Head of Partnerships & Alliances.
Candidate will be
 Accountable for overall sales organisation performance, profitable achievement of sales organisation goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy;
 Develop, drive and implement the overall Sales distribution and marketing (brand) strategy for the company
 Develop and execute business plans to achieve budgets across all aspects of the Company’s Sales.
 Drive profitability across the branch network.
 Develop and maintain profitable alliance partnerships to support the execution of the company’s strategy
Candidate should have Ten (10) to Twelve (12) years’ experience, with relevant experience in Retail Financial Services Sales roles and an MBA with a relevant first degree. Remuneration is negotiable at 10-12million annual gross
