It is very unfair to rob peter to pay paul. FG cannot ALWAYS think about benefit of Fulanis while the people that own the oil live in devastated environment and government imposed poverty. I think end of January 2018 is long enough before the owners of the oil begin to shut down the oil pipelines if the FG flatly refused to give them a little $1 billion to address the devastation of their zone due to oil production which the people did not ask for nor participate in it. Yet, $1 billion is given to other zones where folks simply blow things up on their own accord. |
