Rumuigbo and Rumuibekwe  are not  Port harcourt . They are simply Rumuigbo and Rumuibekwe   just as  Igwurita and  Omagwa and Elele and choba  are not PH.  ABULOMA is not PH  too JUST AS DIOBU or Ebisi  is not PH. These are different towns that have joined  togther due to development.
