Google has certainly put out a lot of apps to make the use of the Android operating system relatively easy. Based on my use and needs I have collected a list of the best apps by Google.

1. Gmail
Gmail unarguably is the best email app on the Android operating system. When I got my first smartphone I actually hated the Gmail app since it won't refresh so I tried a bunch of email apps from the playstore and amongst them the only app which I preferred to the Gmail is blue mail. Blue mail is absolutely the best email app but it's no longer free if you are thinking of going to try it. I couldn't afford the money for subscription so I had to revert back to Gmail. After studying a few tutorials on how to use Gmail I found it to have all the features I'll ever need. Designed with a very simple interface the Gmail app is very easy to use. No need to bother about clumsy features. This actually is the best app from Google.

2. Google Playstore
Well Google Playstore remains the mother hen for all Golden eggs. It still remains the largest app store on the internet and will probably remain so- if Apple continues their yanga.

3. YouTube
Well YouTube certainly needs no introduction so I'll just move on, well for the sake of internet fledgling, YouTube is the largest online video hosting platform. Many people continue testifying about how a skill they learned from YouTube is paying them more than the 18years they spent in school. Youtube certainly deserves a larger recognition and respect.

4. Google Earth
If you dream of visiting certain landmarks like the queen of liberty status, the eiffel tower, the pyramid of Egypt, the white house etc but can't afford it, well Google has placed them all on your palm with the new Google Earth app. The Google earth certainly beats Google map- well at least for me. I don't have much use for Google maps and I don't think you have either especially if you are in other states Apart from Lagos and Abuja where they might have added quite a number of places.

5. Google Primer
I know you may not have heard about this but Google primer certainly rocks. I wanted to put this in number three but since it is relatively new I decided to reserve it for the last place. Google primer is an app designed by a small team of volunteers from the Google company. They collect important information from experts and form tutorials from these. This tutorials are designed to help webmasters to improve their sales. You can learn various skills from this app that you can use to improve your business. I have already finished my first tutorial on how to create the perfect landing page and so far the app is flawless. Tutorials are designed with images to improve understanding and you won't find a single typographical error in your tutorials.

There are many other apps from Google but from my own personal view and use, these are the best apps by Google. You can list yours based on your own use too.
