Hello Friends,

Based on your experience, which network has better customer service of all the mobile network carriers in Nigeria? A friend of mine is about to ditch her network carrier and get another one because of their lousy customer service.

It seems all they care about is your money and how to strip you of it caring nothing about good customer service and customer satisfaction, which is near-universal business principles. It's like they are doing you a favor when you subscribe to their network, instead of the other way around (you are doing them a favor by patronizing their business). What is it with Nigerian businesses and good customer service?!

Please let me hear your experiences and opinions. I wonder if they read this forum...
