ENOUGHISENOUGH Nigeria has announced that it would be staging another protest to address the state of the nation in Lagos State on the 13 April, 2010. This is coming after a successful rally at the National Assembly in Abuja on 16 of March.

The Lagos rally will hold at the office of the Lagos state Governor in Alausa, where they will present four demands to the state's governor, Babatunde Fashola, for onward passage to the National Council of State and the Governors' Forum.

Demands to be presented to the governor are the urgent need for electoral reform with emphasis on adoption of the Uwais Panel Report ahead next elections and a re-invigorated fight against corruption. Other demands include a complete overhaul of the nation's security apparatuses and a call for all the public officials who were responsible for the breakdown in Jos to be removed forthwith.

The group will also be presenting an ultimatum to the government to fix the nation's power conundrum by the end of April; else "we shall target the ministry of power specifically for protest", the statement from EIE stated.
