Many are actually returning their yems back to their pernum because its not clear the network will continue the use of CCH by the time the new exchange is launched. CCH was a temporal solution to trading so the new exchange will get a credible Online payment processor to work with and that I believe they have achieved, hence the launching of the new exchange any moment from now.
So before you use CCH you still need to pass through their own verification.
