Twitter user confesses to scamming people, says presidents go free after stealing and so can anyone _ Popular Twitter user who rose to fame after #keepthechangebae saga in March has confessed to scamming unsuspecting Nigerians with another Twitter account. He claimed to be a lady having problems with her job and successfully gathered N125,000 on the 24th of December alone. His scams date back to January.
