help guys, I am using a techno k7, I had a need to hide some of my files, so I chose the android data protection feature on the phone, since it's the official one and also it doesn't require that I download any app, but here is the problem I just tried accessing my hidden files when I found out I have forgotten the pattern code, I have tried all solutions that I know..... I so I decided to share my problem here, so maybe some guru will see and profer help,

It should ask for a pin incase you forgot pattern. Or you've forgotten that one too?

it doesn't ask for a pin, it just returns to normal after the trials have elapsed
