The heiress, whose father is worth an estimated $23.5 billion and is the 37th richest man in the world, couldn't hide her delight, captioning a video of the glittering jewel:

And it's no wonder she's happy with the efforts of her boyfriend Harrison Refoua, 40, given the ring could be worth a staggering $3M.
