Nigeria is blessed with human and natural resources in order to be a great nation but as of today we are still backward.

Look at kuwait a small country in the middle east that has the same oil,the citizens there do not work, foreigners do the work for them through paid labour.

What about Dubai(UAE) they are also blessed with oil, their citizens don't do hard works to survive as in the case of Nigeria.

Where did we get it wrong as a people, these country is unbearable to live now as i write despite oil and other resources to make life easy.

You can never see a kuwait, saudi arabia, uae, jordan or even russia citizens hawking wares just to survive as it seen in Nigeria despite abundant crude oil.

These country is under a curse maybe because the more will try to move forward the more will move backward ten times.

At school my professor always told us that those who are not well schooled on the tenets of democracy should not be found in the corridors of democratic rule.

Maybe he is right with the current situations that playing out in the country.

Help us God,these suffering is too much.

Natural resources is a blessing to us. But the problem lies with we Nigerians especially those we've elected to govern us from time past.

May be we are operating under a curse because Democracy is nearly 20years with lots and lots of political looters on the increase....hope Google has not lost count of Nigerian political looters.
Can we ask Chief Awolowo and Dr. Azikiwe how it all started?
